The name Borago comes from the herb borage, long associated with courage and renewal.
That symbolism reflects our approach to publishing. We seek books that illuminate overlooked places, preserve cultural memory and encourage reflection. Our aim is always the same, to publish work of lasting value. We believe independent publishing can still produce books that really matter.
